Data entry is made simple with barcode scanning and product search, autofill, quick copy, and bulk editing. You can also customize categories according to your preferences to keep track of your belongings the way you want.

You can also transfer data into or out of MyStuf2 Pro through various methods such as email, iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, ftp, other apps, or other iOS/macOS devices running MyStuff2 Pro.

To ensure data integrity and accessibility, you can export your data as CSV files, PDF reports, or Excel (xlsx) and Open Document (ods) spreadsheet files. Additionally, you can email your data to yourself or view it in other apps installed on your iOS device.

For added security, MyStuff2 Pro offers backup and restore features to make copies of your data. You can also define various item events such as donating, lending, selling, using, or repairing with user-defined actions.

The application's powerful filtering, searching, and sorting capabilities make it easy to quickly find your items. You can customize item lists to display only the data you want to see and apply colors to categories, actions, or individual items to make them stand out.

MyStuff2 Pro allows you to enter various types of data such as text, barcode, calculated (formula), color, contact (Address Book), count, currency, date, decimal, duration (hour, minute, second), email address, integer, location (GPS, address, map), note, phone number, rating, signature, term (year, month, day), time, toggle (Yes/No, On/Off), voice memo, web address (URL), and lookup list (user-defined list of values).

You can store up to 40 images for each item and add file attachments that can be viewed and exported. Alarms can be set up for any date value for reminders such as warranties.

Sharing your data with others is a breeze. You can email lists to co-workers or friends and family. Other users of MyStuff2 Pro can import your shared data directly by opening the email attachment.

To provide maximum customization, MyStuff2 Pro allows you to protect access to your data with a passcode. You can also passcode protect individual categories.
